There are hundreds of stories and versions of the Bigfoot's existence such as the one recorded in 1840, by a Protestant missionary, of giants among the Native Americans living in the Pacific Northwest. The Indians claimed that these giants lived on and around the peaks of nearby mountains and stole salmon from the fishermen's nets.
Today, stories are confirmed by campers and fishermen who will swear that Bigfoot had been in their campsites while they slept, and that it had stolen or at the very least consumed all the remaining alcohol that was left un-attended. Some say, when camping, it is wise to always leave one beer out on the table before turning in for the night, just as a way of peacefully existing with any Bigfoot in the area.
